The World Economic Forum has named AgTech and green tech company, Desert Control, one of the Top 100 Arab start-ups, helping shape the 4th Industrial Revolution with tech that could revolutionise farming in arid lands. Managing Director, Atle Idland, talks about food tech innovation; how Dubai supports its start-ups; and how NanoClay (LNC), a mixture between water and clay reduces water usage in desert farming by up to 65%.
